Scrum Master
For one of our clients we are currently looking for a Scrum Master
Specifications:
Location: Schiphol-Rijk, The Netherlands
Duration: 3 months +
Experience with:
-Scrum Management
-IT Transformation
-Solution Planning & >DeliveryAgile
-Integration Architecture Implementation
-Working in the Telecom Industry
Role and Responsibilities:
-Act as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile Methodology.
-Is also a custodian for the Agile process and ensures all scrum processes are used as intended.
-Protects the team, removes barriers to successful implementation, and keeps them focused on the task at hand.
- Helps the Product Owner maximize productivity. Maintain the backlog and release plans, publish reports to ensure the product owner is updated about the team's progress.
-Coordinates release planning and delivery across multiple delivery teams and/or multiple projects to ensure alignment into testable releases
-Agrees estimates and delivery commitments across the delivery teams based on application user stories
-Negotiates release scope with Workstream Product Owner
-Assists Scrum Masters with impediment resolution
-Track progress of scrum teams
-Co-ordinates release demo and detailed solution design meetings
-Creates Release Retrospective Report and distributes to project stakeholders
-Works with Workstream Product Owner to ensure story readiness for start of next release
