SAP HCM E-RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT
Becoming familiar with the current solution and documentation
Understanding of the ASAP methodology life cycle and deliverables
Possessing past experience in delivering several full end-to-end life cycles of the ASAP implementation methodology
Preparing and conducting requirement gathering and business blueprinting sessions
Having strong knowledge of SAP HCM/HR E-Recruitment configuration, master data, and processes
Overall knowledge in the following areas of advanced HCM/HR solutions will be a big plus:
o Employee and Manager Self Services (ESS/MSS)
o Performance Management
o E-Recruitment
o Learning Solution (LSO)
o Personnel Development/Talent Management
o Compensation Management
o Employee Interaction Center (EIC)
o HCM Processes and Forms
Knowledgeable in the Core HCM areas:
Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), and Payroll (PY)
Transforming the business requirements into logical, functional, and technical solutions through designing, configuring, customizing, and testing the SAP HCM/HR module
Responsible for technical reports, configuration documents, design documents, blueprint reports, test scripts, process flow diagrams, presentations, and business process procedures
Responsible for providing support; analysing and resolving system issues
Liaising with other team members when required to gain clarity around the business processes integration points with other SAP modules
Single point of contact/escalation with regards to the solution delivery
Provide feedback on work accomplishment to ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved
Ensure the Solutions for each requirement are designed and developed consistently that should work E2E when integrated
