We are seeking E-commerce Marketing Co-ordinator (Photography, Copywriting) for a 12 month contract position in Roswell, GA. This is a more junior level role/"marketing coordinator" role. Experience with managing photography, copywriting and other marketing communication projects a plus. Only looking for about 1-2 years experience in marketing. Prefer someone with some agency experience.

Skills :

  • Bachelors degree with 3+ years experience in marketing, communications, eCommerce or related field
  • Experience managing the development and execution of digital assets - copy, photography, video, rich media, infographics, etc.
  • Experience working with product information management system(s) (eg Stibo)
  • Demonstrated ability to drive improvement of digital KPIs
  • Experience working with cross-functional groups (eg, IT, Sales, Marketing Communications, Channel Marketing) to deliver projects to completion
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical and project-management skills
  • Must be detail-oriented and deadline focused
  • A demonstrated ability to navigate and perform in large organizations

Responsibilities :

  • Support the execution of E-commerce content and digital asset strategy
  • Collaborate with internal marketing communications team and 3rd party agencies to deliver best-in-class digital shelf execution; specific to copy, photography, video, and creative asset development
  • Implement the deployment of SEO/SEM strategies set by the Search Marketing Manager, as related to content and asset development
  • Oversee the input of product data and digital assets (Photography/Copywriting) into product information management system (PIM) and manage the ongoing maintenance and governance of the system
  • Engage with cross-functional teams (product marketing, marketing communications, customer content manager) to ensure data and content accuracy
  • Manage legal claims approval process to ensure legal compliance of all digital content and assets
  • Catalog and manage E-commerce distributors content requirements and ensure content and assets comply with their specifications
  • Identify opportunities for continued content optimization based on insights, data analytics and competitive analysis to ensure optimal presence, positioning and messaging of Professionals products on the digital shelf
  • Support brand stewardship by ensuring the compliance with and integration of brand positioning/brand standards into digital content execution
