Description
**MI Analyst required - 3 months, South Wales**MI analyst required to join a marketing team to support the Group Reporting & Analytics Manager. This is an exciting role that will need you to develop, maintain and distribute reporting and dashboards for a dynamic call centre environment.
This will include performance of call centre and field sales operations, campaign and product related information, and a range of regular and ad-hoc reports
Type: 3 Month Contract (possibility of extension)
Rate: Circa £400 to £500 per day (depending on experience)
Location: South Wales
Start Date: ASAP
Essential Skills:
-Highly numerate with strong analytical skills
-Strong commercial awareness as well as a mentality to challenge data, processes and systems within the business
-At least 2+ years experience in a Call Centre, MI / Data Manipulation environment
-Comprehensive knowledge and experience of Excel, Access and VBA
-Strong requirements gathering skills
-Dash board development experience
-SQL Experience
-CRM experience
Desirable Skills:
-Sage CRM
-Citrix
Role description:
-To gather requirements then develop a reporting suite of both reports and dashboards
-Manage regular and ad-hoc reporting requests
-Management and the delivery of post-campaign analysis, including executing regular reports and ad hoc post-campaign analysis.
-Compile, review and distribute accurate and timely daily, weekly and periodic reports (e.g. Tele-appointing call centre statistics)
-Review, suggest and implement changes to reporting processes and systems to ensure best practise and efficient usage of resource
-Strive to increase the efficiency of the production of reports through automation
You will ideally have experienced as a contractor and be able to hit the ground running. This is an exciting contract with the possibility of extension.
