These positions supports the calculation work-stream in ensuring that customer redress is compliant, appropriate and optimised across all identified programmes for customer & product segments and business units in PCB.
Please note there is 3 headcount available for this position. My client is looking for a mixture of profiles to add different skills to the team.
Brief Description of team duties:
*Support development of redress calculators across clusters
*Support the interpretation of requirements, regulations and policies for redress populations
*Define calculation logic and identify data requirements to enable accurate and appropriate redress values to be determined
*Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, Operational Risk Framework and internal Policies and Standards.
*Provide expertise on a consultancy basis to all areas of group as part of a redress calculation centre of excellence
Essential Skills/Experience:
*Banking/Financial Services Background
*Strong Technical Skills, especially around advanced Excel & VBA knowledge
*Strong Finance & Financial Management background
*Flexible and Adaptable
Preferable Skills/Experience:
*Project experience
*Evidence that you have delivered as an individual or led delivery rather than just being part of a team
*Experience of developing and working with solutions that refund customers
*Qualified Accountant
