Virgin Media are all about people and they have filled their Retail Support team with some of the very best. We're looking for a Sales Support Advisor to join their expanding team.
As one of their Advisors you'll join the Retail Sales Support team, supporting our front-line store staff and Back Office teams processing sales orders. You will be responsible for ensuring that customer specific requirements are met and orders are tracked through entry, dispatch and delivery. You will be required to liaise with other key Virgin Media departments including internal store teams, regional management and couriers.
Depending on how busy they are, there will be lots of opportunities to pitch in and get stuck into a variety of tasks in store in order to expand on your experience. But don't worry; Virgin Media will be there to show you exactly how it's done!
The ideal candidate will has previous experience working within a contact centre environment or customer facing environment as well as experience of data entry. You will need to be able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment, whilst focusing on targets and ensuring 100% accuracy in your work.
