This is a great opportunity for a Head of Medical Staffing to join an Acute Trust in a desirable location in the South East of England.In this post you will responsible for the operational management and performance of the Medical Staffing Teams ensuring that professional and best HR practice is provided at all times.
You will also need to act as the hospitals expert within the field of Medical Staffing management by supporting and developing skills for managers in this field.
Key Skills:
- Must have worked within Medical Staffing in an Acute Trust environment
- Experience in managing change within Medical Workforce
- Successful team management
- Knowledge of Medical Staffing policies, procedures, legislation and terms and conditions
- Expert knowledge of EWTD, consultant contract and job planning
This position will be for 3 months with a huge potential of extension paying a competitive day rate.
