Enterprise Data Architect Investment Bank, Contract, LondonEnterprise Data Architect is required by a client of mine based within a strong investment banking client within the city of London.
As the Enterprise data architect you will be providing architectural leardership in the support of the data architecture for the bank. This role will enable you to work as an advisor across delivery specialising in shaping the technology vision to support business objects.
This specific data architecture team which is a key pillar of the investment bank and have implemented correct control standards, regulations around various business areas.
As the Enterprise data architect you will be key to ensuring the data architecture meets the functional and non-functional requirements and that it is managed correctly in terms of ownership and security.
As the data architect you will be required to hit the ground running and be self starting, this team requires the experience of someone who has a proven track record in pragmatic architectural/technical design in financial business systems as well as a solid track record within software development.
This is a 6 month rolling contract at market rates up to £700pd.
Essential Skills:
- Proven Enterprise Data Architecture across financial systems, ideally banking based.
- Appreciation for database technologies such as SQL, Oracle, Business Objects
- Understanding of commercial (or investment) banking products and system solutions
- Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture methodologies such as TOGAF.
