Role: Systems AdministratorRate: Competitive
Location: Cork
Type: 3 month daily rate contract
One of Computer Futures key clients based in Cork are seeking a Systems Administrator with recent/relevant experience around Windows Servers, Exchange and Active Directory. They are launching a large scale recruitment drive in early 2015 to support a number of migration and upgrade projects.
Day-to-day:
- Act as an escalation point for customers
- Ensure Assist calls closed within SLA
- Software to hardware installation.
- Adding/administering backups/libraries/Data source.
Essential Experience:
- Experience in supporting Windows Server platforms
- Experience in Vmware Environments (esp. ESXi)
- Experience in SAS Application & Infrastructure an advantage (RTDM configuration, RTDM customization, data management MSSQL, Base SAS and DS2 code.
- Knowledge on how to apply maintenance releases, upgrades and hot fixes as required.
- At least 3 years experience in a similar role
Due to the nature of the projects starting in January 2015 they are looking to fill this requirement ASAP. They can interview for this role the week beginning 5th Jan. This role comes with a competitive daily rate and a strong chance of extension.
