System Analyst - Business Objects and Northgate Housing Systems

System Analyst - Business Objects and Northgate Housing Systems - 6-12 months - £300-£400 per day - West Midlands

Our client based in the heart of West Midlands urgently seeks a Systems Analyst who has worked with Business Objects and Northgate housing Systems before. This established organisation has recently gone through an IT restructure is actively recruiting.

The main objective for this role will be to provide technical expertise in the development of new and existing applications/databases/ MI reporting solutions as designated by the Development Manager.

Skills needed for the Systems Analyst - Business Objects and Northgate Housing include:

* Northgate Systems ideally but may consider Orchids

* Business Objects reporting

* Database Administration of a Management System (Northgate), including day to day maintenance, trouble shooting and development

* To seek, understand, and translate business operational process needs into 'improvement specifications' for new Business Systems, Data Warehouse and Application development

* Work with other members of the ICT Team to ensure that interfaces with other applications work and third party products source data is interfaced with the Data Warehouse/Reporting Database

* To liaise with suppliers on issues pertaining to routine and ad-hoc maintenance, technical support and development.

* Working with suppliers and customers to ensure that existing applications/data bases and reports are optimised to meet the FCHO's business needs.
