Description
An exciting opportunity exists with one of our clients seeking a solid MS Dynamics Trainer for a 3 week contract assignment. You will conduct & deliver training that is tailored to particular functional groups.
For this role you will need experience with the following:
- Ability to assist with the delivery of education and training programs
- Have experience training MS Dynamics CRM
- Conduct client-specific training material
- Previous CRM support experience
- Training experience in a small but high performing and engaged CRM support team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
