We are looking for an Enterprise Architect to work at our multinational client in Stockholm/Sweden.

Tasks and Deliverables

  • Public Health Surveillance Enterprise Architecture; analysis, design, planning of the business and technical architecture of the public health surveillance and links the business mission, strategy, and processes of an organisation to its IT strategy. Review of the existing business architecture, analysis of the desire state and gap analysis.
  • Input to Opportunity, Value and Feasibility studies; contribution or even lead of IT Studies for the business opportunity, the value and IT feasibly for the operational business.
  • Support to the work plan preparation; Collect detailed ICT and Business visions, constraints and expectations for the requested projects and activities in annual work plan requirement gathering.
  • Enterprise architecture board and Methodological and technical coherence committee; lead the IT internal meetings that should result to the optimal business architecture and technical implementation for desired functions and projects.
  • Technical watch; Prepare, animate and collect inputs from IT Innovation days: Annual technical watch report
  • Long term strategy; input, amendment and keeping the ICT long term strategy up to date.

Education and experience

  • University degree with minimum 6 years of experience in IT,
  • Strong experience in consulting
  • Good Experience in enterprise architecture models and tools
  • Experience in business processes modelling
  • Proven experience with quality procedures
  • Strong experience in the realisation of studies

Competences and skills

  • Proficiency of testing methodologies and tools
  • Good knowledge of the CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration)
  • Good knowledge of information systems life cycle
  • Knowledge in Project Management tools (Microsoft Project);
  • Knowledge in Unified Modelling Language (UML);
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies (eg SCRUM)

General competencies and skills

  • In depth knowledge of enterprise architecture
  • Knowledge of software maturity models
  • Strong capacity in writing and presenting studies
  • Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, excellent communicator.
  • Capability of working in an international/multicultural environment

Candidates must have a passport of an EU member state or a valid work permit for Sweden
