Change Co-ordinator

Our global client based in the North West are currently recruiting for a Change Co-ordinator on a contract basis for 6 months to support the business change work stream with training, communication and PMO activity

This role will involve

  • Provide agenda and minutes for agreed programme meetings and weekly team meetings
  • Maintain documentation
  • Maintain relevant trackers
  • Maintain logs within the Business change team and wider programme
  • Arrange internal and external interviews
  • Maintain and manage mailboxes relating to the Business Change area
  • Assist in arranging programme forums and ad hoc meetings
  • Maintain business readiness activities
  • Co-ordinate globally in partnership with regional trainers including ( training materials, trainers, PCs etc)
  • Support in consolidating Training material

Key Experience Required:

  • Minute taking
  • Documentation and tracking during projects
  • Experience of working within a Business Change environment
  • Stakeholder engagement
  • Experience of working within a global environment
  • Experience of working within a PMO environment.
