Change Co-ordinator
Our global client based in the North West are currently recruiting for a Change Co-ordinator on a contract basis for 6 months to support the business change work stream with training, communication and PMO activity
This role will involve
- Provide agenda and minutes for agreed programme meetings and weekly team meetings
- Maintain documentation
- Maintain relevant trackers
- Maintain logs within the Business change team and wider programme
- Arrange internal and external interviews
- Maintain and manage mailboxes relating to the Business Change area
- Assist in arranging programme forums and ad hoc meetings
- Maintain business readiness activities
- Co-ordinate globally in partnership with regional trainers including ( training materials, trainers, PCs etc)
- Support in consolidating Training material
Key Experience Required:
- Minute taking
- Documentation and tracking during projects
- Experience of working within a Business Change environment
- Stakeholder engagement
- Experience of working within a global environment
- Experience of working within a PMO environment.
