The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK's leading general insurance and financial services providers. Based in their regional office in Norwich, you will work as part of a team of Claims Handlers to deal with general enquiries from customers regarding their insurance claim. You will advise customers about the Insurance Claims Process and liaise with policyholders and third parties to obtain necessary information. The role involves both on and off the telephone activity. Full induction and training will be provided.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above including English and Mathematics and genuine certification documents to demonstrate this.
- Experience of handling claims - Experience in a customer facing environment
- Sound judgement - Excellent communication skills
- A strong team working ethic
- Ability to work to deadlines whilst maintaining quality and output
- Proactive approach to the resolution of problems
