Description
Inspector of Works required for initial 12 week contract with public sector organisation in Aberdeen.
Your role will include the following:
- Inspect works carried out by Contractors to ensure compliance with the requirements of drawings, specifications and workmanship
- Take samples of materials and arrange for testing as required
- Assist in the preparation of snagging lists
- Carry out inspections on Clause 56 and road construction consent works carried out by Developers
- Maintain site diary
- Ensure compliance with the H&S plan
