Business scope: it is responsible for generation and management of customer solutions,
1) including products and services;
2) including the business, operation, and network solutions for the customer, as well as the delivery solution;
3) excluding the commercial, legal, and finance.
Process scope: it is an L2 enabling process of LTC, and the LTC-MCS project is responsible for building the L3 and more detailed process architectures and outputting related process documents/templates.
IT scope: IT system of customer solution management, IT system of integrated network assessment, IT of integrated network planning design, installed base information database, pain point database & solution database
BG scope: it focuses on the carrier BG and B2B business;
