My client is seeking an experienced Change/Project Manager to support the Debit Card Fraud Team in the delivery of significant change, touching on Fraud Detection and Authorisation systems.
Key skills
- Good understanding of systems used in card fraud management
- Proven experience on key change projects in a large financial institution
- Working with technical business users to define and manage user acceptance testing
- Ensure fraud management conforms with group risk control framework
- Strong stakeholder engagement capabilities
