Our global pharmaceutical client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to support the Project Management Office on a joint collaboration for a vaccines product.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the various work streams in delivering a challenging project.


Location: Basel area, Switzerland.
Duration: 6 months.
Start: As soon as possible.


Role:
Project Management support is required for the Quality team responsible for the delivery of the Quality Organisation Transition for the joint venture vaccine project. The Project Manager will be responsible for the administration of the various work streams; monitoring and reporting; and timely delivery of the project.


Responsibilities:
Project Management to support work stream leads and work stream team members in completion of their tasks and deliverables. This may include activities such as:

• Development and maintenance of the project plan and identification or resource constraints.
• Creation of project charters for each work stream.
• Weekly reports to the Quality Assurance Leadership Team on work stream status, risks and issue escalation.
• Communicating/engaging other work streams to ensure consistency with common stakeholders and where deliverables intersect.

• Organisation and facilitation of meetings, drafting of documents and reviewing data provided.
• Overseeing review and approval of documents, compiling and the accurate and prompt maintenance of PMO or work stream data bases.
• Creation of tools to document key decisions and action items; follow up on actioned items with assigned owners to ensure timely delivery.
• Describing the project management system, roles and responsibilities, reporting and the tools that will be used to support the work streams.


Requirements:
• Project Management background within the (bio) pharmaceutical industry.
• Solid experience of pharmaceutical project coordination and planning as well as scheduling, monitoring, reporting, risk analysis etc.
• Good GMP knowledge.
• Strong experience in the quality assurance environment.
• Fluent English language skills (spoken and written).
