For a project at our banking client site in Berne, we are looking for an experiencedIT Program Manager w/ PMI/ PMP Certification & Software Development Experience (2546)
In the context of the projects of the case management system within Private Banking the IT PM will lead the SW development team and other internal IT suppliers and coordinate/plan with the business team all upcoming requests.
The IT PM will be responsible for following tasks:
• Lead of an architectual landscape of 10 project streams
• Responsible for overall delivery of new requests – in close collaboration with the Provider
• Leads the SW development team including test engineers
• Co-ordinates – and if required coaches – IT-related work with the IT-sub stream leads of the other supplier/provider systems
• Creates, maintains and provides detailed plans to the Provider
• Highlights key dependencies between required IT suppliers towards Provider
• Ensuring the underlying IT suppliers create the agreed deliverables within the agreed time, cost, scope, and quality to achieve the defined benefits
• Delivers according to the agreed budget, scope, work plan
• Manages resource requirements – in close collaboration with the Provider
• Manages stakeholders
• Ensures efficient and effective usage of resources, processes and tools within the program
• Prioritization of activities in close collaboration with the provider to ensure timely delivery of business critical functions, products, services
• Understands what is required for successful IT delivery and ensures all pre-conditions and all input is provided
• Ensure most effective IT solution is implemented – considering CTB & RTB costs – in close collaboration with IT Architects
Your qualifications:
• Very experienced IT Project Manager with min. 8 - 10 years experience in the field
• Certified project manager PMI / PMP
• Proven experience in SW development projects
• Previous knowledge with Project PM and collaboration tools (e.g. MS project, Atlassian JIRA)
• Portfolio and Resource Mgmt Tool as CA Clarity or similar
• Experience in agile project mgmt.
• Proactive and target oriented
• Excellent communication skills with all stakeholder levels
• Able to work under pressure with good results
Please be aware that the role consists of 80% presence in Berne and 20% in Zurich.
