Description
On behalf of an international IT service provider we are looking for a team oriented Storage Administrator with good experience with Hitachi, EMC Storage, Brocade SAN fabric.Successful candidates must have a solid understanding of basic storage concepts. Proven ability to quickly analyse, find and escalate the problem.
YOUR TASKS:
Prepare and send morning reports to the customer concerning the good health of the storage and SAN infrastructures.
Analyze and resolve daily storage issues working with Help Desk Ticket System.
Monitor, analyze and escalate critical incidents to the support and colleagues.
Work with customers and maintain a professional attitude and provide good customer service.
Participate in on-call rotation support and be flexible in availability as needed.
Define issues and drive resolution with operations and vendors.
Perform any other job related instructions as requested, with reasonable accommodation.
Report the work performed and the status of tasks to team leader.
YOUR SKILLS:
Excellent fundamental knowledge in RAID, disk Network, etc.
2-4 years experience with HDS storage
4-6 years of relevant technical experience in storage environment
Good technical, documentation and communication skills
Language: English, French would be considered an advantage

Contract: freelance, for 1 year with possibility to extend
