IT Security Software Operator, 1st, 2nd Line support, testing, PC Hardware, MS-SQL.SALARY: up to £26,000 per annum.
DURATION: 11 month fixed term contract.
PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To be responsible for providing in-house technical support for Security related Software.
You will be the main point of contact for a selection of customers and deal with their technical queries in a professional and timely manner. This will be via e-mail or phone.
Onsite- means that you will work onsite, however, working pattern might be obviously in-house support without visiting other offices.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
To provide 1st or 2nd line technical support to the companies clients in Europe, CIS, MEA, Africa.
To provide outstanding customer service.
To produce on-time resolution ratio for customer's request.
MAIN DUTIES/AREAS:
PC security software support.
Facility security software support (Card Entrance system).
QUALIFICATIONS:
Fluent in English essential.
University degree or equivalent preferred (in a computer related discipline).
Good inter-personal skills.
Experience in the IT industry, preferably of a technical nature.
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
Knowledge of Computer Network and Communication.
Experience on software testing.
Customer approachable attitude and a customer focused person.
Team player.
Ability to analyze logically to resolve technical issues.
Knowledge of PC Hardware and software.
Excellent communication skills.
EXPERIENCE:
Solid experience in customer technical support.
Good understanding and practical knowledge of IT security.
Good knowledge of PC hardware.
Experience on Database (MS-SQL (Essential).
Experience of working in customer technical support (Preferred).
REMARKS:
Must have proactive attitude to meet and achieve the customer's requirement.
