Description
My client in the East Midlands is looking for a 2nd/3rd Line Support Technician for an initial 3 month contract.You will be responsible for recording and solving incidents at the first point of contact, assisting with the installation and configuration of new PC's and offering support to the ICT Technical Engineers.
Key Skills:
- Windows XP/7
- Active Directory
- Knowledge of Network Technologies, including TCP/IP and Internet works
