I am looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join a top insurance organisation based in Farnborough. The role will require you to come on board and help them with a new project within their business.

Responsibilities-

Using SharePoint Database and a Dialler contact new/existing clients to collect renewal dates for Household/motor policies

Maintaining accurate records and produce relevant documentation

Following up on any outstanding enquiries

Escalating any queries/issues as they arise

Working in accordance with agreed procedures and regulatory requirements

Work to an agreed service levels for contact/renewal dates collected

Internal Servicing

Maintaining and administering an efficient database and diary system on the computer

Liaising with other offices and units when required

Observing correct procedures to avoid errors and omissions

Be aware of and comply on an ongoing basis with the rules and requirements of FCS and any other legal / regulatory body

Core skills and experience required-

Someone used to a fast paced customer service role.

Insurance experience would be preferable but ultimately we want someone bright who can pick things up quickly and is good on the telephone.

Excellent communication skills

Contract role-

Initial 3 months (with scope to extend)

Rate- £8.50-£9.50

Location: Farnborough
