Description
My client, a leading Business Bank, requires a Controls Manager to join them on a contracting basis for three months.
The role holder will support the First Line of Defence to ensure controls are effective and control failures are found, reported and escalated. Responsible, also, for tracking and ensuring appropriate action is taken on Business Risks. Act as an SME for Policies, Procedures and Regulation.
Senior Stakeholder management is essential to engage with senior staff within the bank to ensure Risk procedures are adhered to. Experience of managing RCSA programmes and creating action plans is required.

Operational Risk Background
Extensive experience in Banking/financial services
