Senior Marketing Consultant/Project Manager: Retail/Formula 1: Oil & Gas Co.
World Leading Global Energy Company has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Marketing Consultant to join their retail business department. This is fantastic opportunity to work with key Formula 1 sponsors and look after a variety of Marketing projects across the Oil & Gas sectors.
About the role:
- A strong consumer PR marketing focus.
- Fully integrate marketing brand-led activities with corporate communications platforms to create engaging, innovative and impactful communications which drive brand awareness, customer loyalty and supports the business ambition.
- Create opportunities to build company profile externally as a Retailer.
- Work closely with the Sponsorship team on opportunities to fully leverage technical partnerships with leading motor sport companies and other global partnerships.
- Work on above the line, below the line, promotions, digital and social media.
- Oversee, project manage and execute Retail events, including acting as this companies spokesperson, briefing senior leaders and giving them advice and feedback on media engagement.
- Manage multiple third party suppliers including events agencies and production crews, and coordinate all aspects of event planning, design, branding, execution and evaluation Global remit which involves working across multiple geographies, time zones, cultures and media landscapes.
- Fast paced, deadline oriented environment.
About You:
- Extensive experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies/plans for large corporations, especially at a global level.
- Highly experienced in launching and managing large-scale marketing campaigns, and facilitating events/sessions.
- Agency background ideal with strong PR Marketing program management.
- Educated to a degree level or advanced/masters' qualifications in marketing or marketing-related disciplines.
- At least 5 years' experience in consumer marketing.
This needs combining with a positive attitude and an ability to work within a large, globally dispersed project team in a multi-cultural environment. You also need to be a self-starter, a logical thinker and a quick learner, with strong initiative and excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, able to write clearly and concisely.
