We are looking for a SAP SRM FI/CO consultant with extensive knowledge of order processes and Finance & Control processes.
The consultant is expected to support several projects under the Purchase to Pay (P2P).
* You'll see the chain from order to payment and this can translate into processes that be reflected in SAP.
* You have experience with other organizations with the P2P process, organizational and system support of the process.
* You make functional designs covering the entire process chain "from order to payment" in consultation with the business.
* You translate the functional designs into technical designs in consultation with the managers.
* You can convert the design into a technical device in SAP, preferably by means of customizing.
* You set acceptance criteria in consultation with the Business and Management SAP.
* You will be responsible for the training of end-users in new functionalities.
* You will be responsible for the preparation of a user manual.
* You advise in digital communication techniques regarding communications with suppliers (in some cases through brokers).
* You are able to implement the said digital communication techniques.
* You shall ensure that (SAP) reports become available that support the operational process.
* You maintain close contacts with the managers and involve them in the design and specifications.
* You are responsible for safeguarding the manageability of new (sub) products and services, and active transfer them to the managers, among others through relevant documentation.
* You work according to architectural principles of the organization.
Job requirements (profile):
* IT background (HBO/WO working and thinking).
* Demonstrable experience, at least 2 years within the field from order to payment.
* Knowledge of SAP ERP, SAP FI/CO, SRM, MM, SD, PS and underlying Middleware.
* Knowledge of ABAP is an advantage.
* Business Process knowledge, specific SRM and Finance & Control, but also understanding and cohesion dependencies beyond.
* Experience with business requirements.
* Knowledge of the current IT developments, in particular in the field of SAP. also experience
with management processes, development processes, architectures and program and project management methodologies and test methods (knowledge of Prince2, ITIL, BISL, Togaf be an advantage).
