My client are currently seeking multiple ITIL Service Designers for a client-site based role, which will involve the definition, implementation and embedding of ITIL V3 processes in the client's organization. The successful candidates must be able to temper ITIL best practice with implementation pragmatism.

Essential Skills/Experience/Knowledge

  • Thorough knowledge of ITIL V3 principles and processes
  • Extensive ITIL process design experience
  • Proven track record of implementing and embedding the following ITIL processes in an organisation: Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Service Level, Event, Access, Knowledge, ITSCM, Availability, Capacity, SACM, Service Validation & Testing, Transition Planning & Support, CSI
  • Development of appropriate metrics and reporting
  • Knowledge of Service Management toolsets
  • 5+ years' experience in Service Management/operational environments
  • ITIL V3 Foundation certified (nice to have)
  • Pragmatic, can do attitude
  • Client facing, strong communicator, highly driven and self-motivated
  • Strong interpersonal and team-working skills
  • Experience working with multiple 3rd party vendors
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
