For our customer we are looking for a Quality and Incident Manager.

Quality and Incident Manager with development understanding

As part of a team dealing with Quality and Incident Management in DevOps, the task is to follow up on IT production, to give valuable feedback to IT management and business stakeholders, help ensuring quality improvements.

The person has to be engaged and structured, and able to see details in a context, acting in hectic situations with overview and the long perspective, and at the same time being able to identify problems on a detailed level. Flexibility is a must, as we need to participate in daily morning scrum meetings.

The person should be able to transform issues into manageable sizes, collect estimates as well as coordinate with developers and follow-up on activities. As part of the assignment the person needs to interact with many stakeholders both in IT and business and it is therefore important to be outgoing.

As some technical knowledge is also desirable if the person have a developer background or development understanding, including:

- Project Management experience
- Understanding of SQL (PL/SQL)
- Experience in IT Service Management
- Primarily with Problem Management
- Good communication skills - being able to communicate on all levels of the organization
- Drive and positive attitude
