Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for 2 x Transformation Managers to work alongside the trusts clinical lines.Depending on which role is more suited to the candidate will depend on the location but both are in South of England with a large Teaching Hospital.
The main experience required to qualify for the role is as follows:
- Experience at Senior level within the NHS
- Experience of Project Management and stakeholder engagement within an Acute NHS Trust
-Excellent stakeholder engagement skills as liaising with and influencing Clinicians will be key to the success of these programmes
- Change & project/programme management
- Supporting development and implementation of service Transformation plans.
- Previous experience working with clinical teams and stakeholder's.

-Primary Care & LTC
-Substance & Misuse & Mental Health
- Dental & Sexual Health
When the successful 2 are selected there will already be a full development programme in place.
