Project Manager- Service Re-designMy Client is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a Healthcare Background to complete a short assignment on an interim basis, located in the North West of the country.
You will take on board the project action plan and drive it through to delivery whilst promoting collaborative working across directorates/teams.
The experienced Project Manager will have:
Strong project management skills with experience of delivering improvements
- Service improvement/redesign background
- Excellent inter personnel skills
- Previous experience of working in an Acute Trust environment
- Prince2.
Experience working in the Public Health Sector.
Service Re-design.
Primary Care: Planned Care, Out of Hours GP services. - Focusing on the Integration of Health and Social Care.
Focus improving patient record pathways.
