We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager (SEO/SEM) for a 12 month contract position in Roswell, GA. The Search Marketing Manager role will support focus on optimizing and enabling our end-user customer journey across the digital landscape. The primary purpose of this position is to leverage data and insights in order to build, manage and optimize the SEO, SEM and SMO strategies. The role will be responsible for securing higher search engine rankings with strategic search engines, getting more content discovered via search engines and distributor site-search engines, and improving conversion rates to maximize ROI.

Skills :

  • Bachelors degree with 4-6 year experience in digital marketing, eCommerce or related field
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional groups (eg, IT, Sales, Marketing Communications, Channel Marketing) to balance the needs of the business with best practices in search marketing
  • Experience with SEM/SEO and data analytics tools (Omniture, Google AdWords, etc.)
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical and project-management skills
  • Must be detail-oriented and deadline focused
  • A demonstrated ability to navigate and perform in large organizations

Preferred Qualifications:
+4 years experience in both SEO and SEM management
Demonstrated experience delivering ROI targets through search programs
Able to work in a Matrix organization driving collaboration across functions and stakeholders
History of working with cross-functional teams to deliver projects to completion

Responsibilities :

  • Develop comprehensive paid and organic search strategies to appropriately balance driving traffic to owned properties with driving traffic to eCommerce distributor partners; based on the end-user customer journey
  • Manage paid search campaigns to deliver against CPA/ROI metrics
  • Identify comprehensive paid/owned keyword targets and oversee supporting ad copy creation
  • Build landing page/conversion rate optimization test plans
  • Coordinate with internal teams on campaign strategies to meet goals (awareness, conversion, lead generation, etc.)
  • Develop strategies, practices and principles for SEO/SMO integration into digital content and assets
