We are looking for a ERP Workday Implementation Learning consultant for a 6 months contract position in Duluth, GA.

Skills:

  • Leadership experience in large-scale IT/ERP implementation learning programs (Workday Implementation)
  • Experience localizing learning approaches to meet cultural needs in remote/global locations
  • Experience adapting learning approaches for users in diverse job roles, work settings
  • Demonstrated success in various assignments with iClienteasing responsibility designing innovative eLearning and just-in-time support content
  • Knowledge and use of instructional design and creative development tools to develop interactive live instruction and eLearning objects
  • Strong skills with Microsoft Office - Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Knowledge of section 508-compliance, learning management platforms, learning object design and SCORM
  • Ability to develop and track metrics that demonstrate learning-driven job performance changes Strong verbal communication skills; excellent presentation and facilitation skills
  • Clear, persuasive written communication skills; accurate, effective user and IT documenter Successful track record as a hands on' team member who can wear multiple hats' to drive learning success
  • Demonstrate a proactive, consultative and innovation-driven approach to addressing performance and development learning needs
  • Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders and team members Ability to operate in a fast-paced, fast changing environment without sacrificing quality Minimum 5 plus years' experience driving similar learning effort(s)
  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Business, Communication, eLearning development -- or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred

Preferred Expertise Capabilities and Experience

  • ERP Workday HCM and/or Payroll learning implementation
  • Successful learning outcomes as part of Organizational Change Management teams
  • Global learning program delivery with appropriate localization, translations as needed
  • Translation vendor management
  • Learning design, development and/or deployment using:
    o BrainShark (or equivalent)
    o Captivate (or Articulate, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite)
    o Electronic Performance Support Systems (EPSS), Online Help
    o Gamification (or equivalent) for innovative, engaging learning
    o Social learning
    o Coaching/mentoring Learning Management System (LMS) blended learning collateral integration
  • Job performance outcomes tracking per learning program
  • Use of graphics, multi-media to enhance learning delivery
  • Learning and support innovative integration on employee Intranet/portal

Responsibilities:

Tailor and customize the Learning Strategy and Detailed Learning Plan; implement and manage successful status of the learning tasks per this plan. Oversee and actively contribute to the needs analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation and maintenance of this Workday implementation's blended learning program. Oversee and actively contribute to the design, build, testing, review, approval, and deployment of the wide variety of employee learning and performance support materials. Regularly review learning content for sound instructional design practices; implement improved methodology and practices when needed. Manage the translation efforts supporting global use of the learning and support materials. Teach/facilitate a variety of learning sessions - including live and virtual instructor-led sessions. Develop productive relationships with the global CLIENT Change Network; provide Network individuals and groups with training and resources to extend their abilities to provide effective enterprise-wide learning and support. Work with existing CLIENT Learning and Development groups to ensure standard, CLIENT-compatible learning solutions; incorporate the solutions, as appropriate, into CLIENT's Learning Management System (LMS). IClientease your functional knowledge of Workday applications; work across the IT and business teams to stay current with rapidly evolving enhancements. Incorporate and leverage Workday standard learning materials and approaches. Develop a sustainable learning deployment strategy that will be repeatable through bi-annual Workday Releases. Assist as needed with the build and maintenance of the training sandbox' environment. Maintain learning and support materials on CLIENT's employee HR portal. Configure and oversee the integration and load of relevant links, online help, and support materials into the Workday application environment. Coordinate with the Technology Team to align learning solutions with CLIENT's mobility directions. Continually research and evaluate new technologies and processes that improve ongoing Workday learning and development for CLIENT employees. Report to the Workday Project Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead; coordinate closely with the OCM Communication and Global Process team members.
