Franchise Recruitment Manager

My client is a Large Telecoms Company with various Locations across the UK and Around the World; we are looking to recruit a Franchise Recruitment Manager to oversee the acquisition of new Franchises across the UK. We are looking for someone that has experience of planning volume recruitment drives budgetary spend, branding, attraction, selection, assessment and on-boarding.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Contract Law
Good understanding of retail operations
Experience in Managing franchise recruitment and the strategy that covers all aspects of selection and assessment to ensure the highest calibre of franchise.
Experience of Managing the marketing of franchise propositions. (Including franchise road shows, conferences and press releases).
Experience of Managing expansion of the franchise network in line with the implementation of the Retail strategy and contribute to future planning to ensure continuous growth.
