Introduction
A global business who have set up a new team to champion a digital innovation phase in building an entire new content management system, website and E-commerce platform whilst also improving internal set ups. This is an organisation investing in change and want to hire a high calibre architect who has experience with various application, knowledge of infrastructure hosting and an understanding of the digital and online landscape. This role has a lot of potential to get extended and possibly go permanent in the future.
Key Responsibilities- Work with development and stakeholders to review, determine and finalize projects.
- Technically lead project planning.
- Manage all projects including estimations, technical tasks and solution designs.
- Support and advise the digital portfolio on technical aspects
- Manage QA process for all deliverables.
- Make sure external bodies have in depth and high quality design for implementation
- Solution design of internal components, infrastructure and Hosting and integration with Back Office applications.
- Design documentation for end to end solutions
- Be able to collaborate with stakeholders globally
Skills and Experience
- Experience with web content management systems
- Proven technical experience - digital, online, web, E-commerce
- Must have experience with data migration, infrastructure and hosting solutions
- Experience with Salesforce CRM, Sharepoint and Exact Target
- Experience in HTML, XML, CSS
- Excellent grasp of wider marketing technology landscape (web analytics, email services, campaign management, social media, mobile devices etc.)
- Experience working on interfaces and complex integration
- Desirable experience with automation and E-commerce
- Previous experience in multiple-stakeholder management
- Experience working on a major website/E-commerce projects in-house or via an agency.
- Experience with Project Delivery Methodologies -eg - Prince II or PMBOK (Preferred).
