Description
A blue chip retail banking client of hyphen are looking to recruit a service manager with experience in supplier/stakeholder management, contract negotiation/management and commercial negotiation.
Required for the role:
* Responsibility for a portfolio of BAU contract renewals - medium to large spend values
* Supplier Management expertise - critical
* Deal with Supplier Governance and Compliance
* Will be required to liaise with a number of internal stakeholders up to senior level
* Commercial knowledge and negotiation skills required
* IT Knowledge and knowledge of IT suppliers preferable
A CIPS qualification and financial services experience are highly desirable
