Experienced SAP CRM Service Consultant Context the customer is looking to extend their current SAP ECC/ISU solution with a CRM 7.0 for customer interactions and customer service. In this context we are looking to strengthen our CRM core team with an experienced CRM Service consultant with prior project experience in setting up a CRM Service Requests Management system. The consultant should be able to capture business needs, translate them into SAP CRM requirements and implement the requirements accordingly
Assignment details
3-month assignment, January-March 2015.
Official language is Dutch, English is acceptable.
Desired Skills & Experience
Experience in SAP CRM Service processes
o Service requests
o Service orders
o Service request management and service desk functionalities and set up
o Service contracts
o Service level agreements
o Integration of the CRM service processes with SAP ECC SD/PM/CS
Experience in SAP CRM Middleware
Experience in migrating CS notifications to CRM Service is an asset
Knowledge of SAP CRM Warranties is an asset
Knowledge of the Utilities sector and SAP IS-Utilities is a asset
Insight in and/or experience with the SAP Cloud for Customer product portfolio is an asset
Knowledge of the general concepts of SAP CRM 7 is a prerequisite
Preferably 5 or more years of experience in CRM and Service processes
Skills
Good business acumen, able to understand clients expectations, anticipate needs and proactively propose innovative solutions in SAP
Strong analytical/conceptual way of thinking: focus on down to earth, fit for purpose solutions
