Oracle HCM Functional Consultant required by Whitehall Resources for an initial 6 month contract based in Dublin City Centre.
Project: Stand alone Oracle R12 HR implementation.
Skills Required:
*Oracle Functional Consultant - Senior/Team Lead capabilities.
*Oracle HCM Applications expert specifically Core HR and Performance Management.
*Knowledge of Self Service and Appraisals
*Strong Business Process knowledge, able to promote best practice
*Able to advise client on any challenges and/or risks when implementing Oracle R12 HR
*Strong communications skills - able to work with Business Users/Senior Stakeholders.
