Description
Fantastic opportunity for an External Services Consultant to join a leading Financial Institution. Working as part of the Network Service Support Team, the role will include responding to service and incident requests from the business and liaising with 3rd party suppliers to manage requests to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all Third Party suppliers and within the business
- Managing all Third Party service issues to completion and in-line with the agreed SLA's
- Ensuring all financial elements of the contract(s) are managed appropriately and timely, eg review and payment of invoices following signoff
- Managing any process failures or service issues in this area to a satisfactory completion.
- Ensures contract obligations are managed in-line with the terms of the contract, including contract changes.
- Producing associated MI (service and contractual).
- Third Party Service Meetings and general meeting attendance and input
- Attend Incident Reviews (severity 1 and 2) and contribute accordingly.
- Ensure all expenditure commitments (orders, contracts, budgets, etc) and all payments are properly authorised, controlled and monitored - across all Networks contracts.
- Management of accurate payments and credit requests as detailed in Third Party contracts
- Support the commercial IT elements of contracts with third parties.
- Manage Price Reviews with Third Party Suppliers for formal reviews of pricing and tariffs
Job Requirements - Knowledge and Skills
- Knowledge of the financial services sector
- Proven track record of business service requirements and issues
- Track record of working with TP service providers
- Knowledge of Network and Telephony technologies
