Customer Readiness Manager - Banking - London

I have an exciting opportunity with a large Tier one banking client in London for an experienced Customer Readiness Manager to join a high profile programme spanning across the business. The programme is at an early stage in it's life cycle so there will be excellent duration with this role and extensions likely as a result.

In order to be considered for this position candidates must display the following skills/experience in order to be considered:

- Proven successful banking delivery experience as a Customer Readiness Manager

- Experience working closely with the Customer Journey and Implementation team to ensure all areas of readiness are concluded

- Proven ability developing a framework for sign off on a Go/No Go decision regarding execution of a customer impacting event

- Strong track record of project management

- Experience of successfully planning and overseeing delivery of multiple activities

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and building relationships with external and internal stakeholders
