Job Description:
Receive, log, reconcile monies via mail, email, fax, download, interdepartmental for deposit and/or preparation of money batches for entry to assist with dept. backlog.
Faxing, scanning filing, data entry
Requirements:
Intermediate Excel
General accounting 1+ years,
Microsoft Word, Internet Explorer
typing 45WPM, 10-key by touch
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Medical insurance billing terminology
Lotus Notes, Wells Fargo Health logic and CEO, Clientline, Epic all nice to have but not required
HS Diploma/GED required
Detail oriented, self-starter, quick learner, independent worker, organized and professional
Standard Work Hours: 8-4:30 M-F
