Corporate Actions Analyst/Associate - £40,000 - £60, Month Contract - London

A leading, prestigious Market Infrastructure organisation is looking for an enthusiastic Corporate Actions Analyst to join their Corporate Actions team. The role is a 12 month contract with the possibility of extension, based in London and is offering £40,000 - £60,000.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to liaise with a variety of stakeholders including Corporate Advisors and Registrars in order to discuss the Corporate Actions and agree timetables. Part of this will include setting Ex Dates. Therefore the ability to analyse documents received from Issuers is vital.
This role will also give you the opportunity to provide information to a variety of customers, each enquiring about different corporate events. The team also offers confidential advise, guidance and approval to Issuers and their Advisors. Therefore the ideal candidate will have experience tailoring communications to their audience's needs.
Responsibilities
- The timely and accurate communication of Corporate Actions to the relevant customers.
- Clear presentation of information.
- Setting timetables and Ex dates.
Requirements
- Proven experience and knowledge of Corporate Actions
- Experience in the Financial Services Industry.
- Degree educated or equivalent operational experience.
- Proficient in MS Office products, specifically databases.
