Master Black Belt - Process Improvement, Business Re-engineering, Investment Banking

Our client, a large investment bank, are currently looking for a Master Black Belt to join their investment banking change team. The candidate will be responsible for defining and executing business improvement and design programmes as part of a large cost optimisation agenda.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage senior stakeholder engagement and raise awareness of the six sigma approach
  • Partner with business sponsors to identify and drive the successful delivery of critical business optimisation
  • Perform and manage detailed as-is process analysis
  • Design to-be solutions, aligned with strategy to deliver transformational business benefits
  • Lead key meetings, including programme tollgates, executive committees, steering committees and working groups
  • Actively manage day to day activities and coach and mentor black belt and green belt programme managers

Essential Experience

  • Development and delivery of large scale front to Back Office business transformation solutions
  • Proven background within lean six sigma
  • Previous experience within investment banking

An investment banking background and extensive proven six sigma experience is essential. Candidates must be a qualified six sigma Black Belt. Candidates without this necessary background need not apply.
