Contracts Administrator


Brook Street is currently working on behalf of our Global IT client to recruit a Contracts Administrator. This is a temporary role based in Reading.

Role Purpose

- Enter contract details into a CAAT system and send for approval for contracts to be issued
- Support contracting team to ensure data accuracy from Sales Team submissions
- Liaise with Sales Teams to ensure data accuracy of all submissions and drive improvements
- Provide daily support on prioritisation of contracts to the Premier Central SPM
- Work with the Premier Central SPM in assisting with support operation functions and reporting

Key Accountabilities

- Manage and deliver daily queue triage to all key stakeholders
- Create and proceed to issue all suitable contracts as allocated
- Review, validate and accept all Sales Requests for contracting
- Support and develop communication between Sales and Contracting to ensure effective contracting

Key Success Criteria

1) Essential Experience
- Office based experience
- Desired experience of managing contracts

2) Technical/Functional Skills
- Microsoft Office skills especially focused on Outlook, Word and Excel

3) Personal Attributes/Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to work across functional teams with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to communicate clearly via email, IM and face-to-face

4) Qualifications
None specifically required

5) Special Requirements/Additional Information eg Language skills
- Fluent English in both written and oral

As a Brook Street contractor you will be entitled to 25 days holiday per annum, 8 days paid Bank Holidays, discounted gym membership, use of the onsite health facility, access to online learning and training, free parking and an excellent subsidised restaurant. Salary: £12 - £14.40 per hour

Location: Reading
