For a project at our banking client site in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced
IT Project Manager for Online Solutions (2556)

As IT Project Manager in Online Banking, you are responsible for the following tasks:
• Define deliverables and scope for a project, negotiating funding need and facilitating team members in business and IT
• Act as the leader of your project team and ensure the collaboration in the team (i.e. offshore development)
• Responsibility for the project execution in time, scope and budget
• Monitor and control your project regarding financials and timeline and report progress to the respective stakeholders
• Manage risks actively and deal with mitigation actions
• Ensure that the solution and the requirements are challenged and aligned with the respective stakeholders in CS IT
• Handle dependencies and synergy opportunities with other projects and areas of the bank
• Liaise with key stakeholders to determine priorities, identify issues & communication within the project and to external stakeholders
• Establish, develop and maintain working relationships with Business & project stakeholders

To fulfill all tasks successfully, you have the following experience/qualification:
• Higher education or degree in Information Technology and/or Business/Economics or equivalent
• More than 3 years of experience as an IT Project Manager within a similar area, preferably within the banking environment
• Very good knowledge with standard IT project methodologies (Certification as a Project Manager preferred) and strong planning, situational analysis & decision making abilities
• Good understanding of software development in object oriented environment with J2EE and multi-tier Architecture
• Experience in achieving results in a project context using resources that do not report directly to you (e.g. from clients, from other departments, external suppliers) and facilitating teams
• Experience in identifying, analyzing and mitigating cross-functional project risks
• Experience in working with global teams (e.g. in a CoE environment) in a large organization
• Ability to communicate effectively with peers and senior managers alike
• Drive for high quality and working with other organizational units to achieve common goals
• Proven analytical and conceptual skills, structured and result-driven way of working, and ability to get things done in an operating environment
• First-rate communication/presentation skills and experience in collaborating with various different hierarchy levels
• Fluency in English and possibly in German
