For a project at our banking client site in Zurich, we are looking for aSenior Charles River Investment Management System Application Supporter (2557)
As Senior CRIMS (Charles River Investment Management System) Supporter, you work in the area of PTG “Production and Shared testing Services Group” and responsible for the following tasks:
> PTG is responsible for providing Production Support and Testing services globally across the firm. The role is within the PTG (INV WM) team based in Switzerland
> An exciting and varied position as senior Charles River User and Application Supporter responsible for the uptime and incident management of a platform which represents more than 200 portfolio managers
> Provide day-to-day CRIMS Production Support
> Track and solve tickets and act as key stakeholder for the applications you are responsible for
> Manage communication with internal clients within the Business and other IT teams (e.g. Application Development, Technology Infrastructure Services)
> Investigate problems involving multiple systems and other IT teams
> Assistance in Problem Management Process (NPL, Post Mortem)
> On-site support for Portfolio Managers
To fulfill all tasks successfully, you have the following experience/qualification:
> Front office business know-how of the Charles River application
> Technical education with advanced training in Information Technology (e.g. diploma at equivalent level)
> Multiple years of experience and a proven track record in an application support role
> Basic knowledge of Control-M job scheduler or similar job scheduling system
> Good listening and spoken communication skills in English & German
Strong team player
> Interest to have a broad overview of our application landscape
> Extensive analytical and problem solving skills and an ability to operate under pressure
