Online Shop IT Support Specialist - Korean Speaker required to work in Weybridge on an 11 month fixed term contract.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To provide technical support and guidance to online-shop managers throughout Europe for our client's online-shop operations.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Fluent in English and Korean essential.
Provide direct IT support to our client's online-shop managers as main communication channel instead of HQ.
Response and handling of service requests and system troubleshooting
Guide and release HQ system standard to local online-shop managers and any related local agency.
Provide online-shop system (admin) training to online-shop managers etc.
Communicate with HQ development team and local agency for any system integration.
Integrate any related on-line web page or systems to our client's online shop

EDUCATION:
Degree in computer science or related preferred, however, applicants with other type of degrees or qualifications with relevant experience will also be considered.

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
Languages &Scripts : Knowledge and Exposure to Webclient programming. HTML, XML, Javascript. Also CSS, JAVA, JSP, PL/SQL are desired but not compulsory.
Awareness of E-commerce platform (Hybris would be beneficial but not essential)and experience of E-commerce website.
Experience of Web CMS development or operation.
Good understanding of Database Management Systems (Oracle, MS-SQL) experiences would be an advantage but not compulsory.
Good client facing and communication skills to all levels of management.
Ability to analyze business requirements from all key liaisons.
Self starter, able to work under own initiative.
Good team player.
Well presented, professional and dedicated.

EXPERIENCE:
Exposure to web site development project or operation.
Exposure/experience in developing and managing websites would be
advantageous.

HOURS OF WORK:
37.5 hour week. Some weekend and evening work may be required for emergencies and projects.
