This opportunity is for an interim HR Advisor to join a Acute Trust in Hertfordshire This role will be of a Generalist nature and the successful candidate will be responsible for departmental BAU which will include:Advising Line Managers on HR and ER issues- Advising Line Managers on HR and ER issues
- Managing complex ER casework
- Managing disciplinary & grievance cases
- Recruitment, Induction & Exit interviews
- Reviewing current HR policy
- Manage 2 HR Advisor's
- Provide adhoc advice and training to the HR team where required
- Strong Employment Law knowledge
- Strong negotiation & influencing skills
- Strong Employee Relations experience
- The ability to deliver to tight deadlines
- The ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
- CIPD qualified or working toward full CIPD qualification
- NHS experience is essential
- Acute experience would be beneficial
This position will be for a duration of 3 months with a huge potential of extension paying a day rate of £ (depending on experience).
