I'm currently recruiting for 3 interim HR Business Partners to join an Acute Trust in a desirable location in the South East of England. You will be an important and integral member of the divisional senior management teams. You will provide a strategic HROD focus and direction for the divisions support the delivery of the highest quality patient care and efficiencies and Trust and divisional objectives.Key Responsibility:
- Substantial generalist and senior HR experience within an Acute Trust environment
- Experience of successfully leading and delivering on HR projects
- Strong understanding of policy review and development
- Must be able to successfully manage relationships with clients
- Employee consultation, recruitment, re-structure, and Change Management experience
This position will be for 3 months with huge potential paying a day rate of £300.
