My client is looking for a SystmOne Project Manager for a contract through to June to assist with the clinical change for 300+ users.
If you feel you can deliver on the below I would like to hear from you:
- Good influencing skills and will take on board what Clinicians needs needs are and work around their schedule
- You will need to have experience in Unscheduled Care and Out of Hours experience
- Understand SystmOne, the functionality and can exploit this
- Will be able to translate technical to non-technical staff
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- You will be working with demanding clinicians and will need to work around them
- Understand the challenges that happen when going through organisational change
- Will be able to take control and assure you can deliver
- Someone that will raise the flag if there are issues
- SystmOne experience is essential for this role
There is an opportunity to work from home for the right candidate.
You will need to be available for telephone interviews Monday 10th Jan and face to face interview Tuesday 11th.
