Description
Mobile Support 1st Line Windows 7 GPRS SAP Mobile Dutch speaker is a must, based near Gent 12 Month contract mission. My client is a Dutch Energy company.
The ideal candidate will possess ITIL experience and previously supported 1,500 users as a minimum with a minimum of 5 years IT commercial experience with a Bachelor's degree.
Skills required are:
1st line support mobile GPRS/3G SAP Mobile interface or Panasonic Toughbooks type CF-19 or CF C2 is a plus.
Highly organised - problem/change management skills
Admin skills - will be responsible for the admin for a team of 6 managers
Must be able to speak fluent Dutch - please do not apply if you don't!
Must be able to commit to a 12 month contract mission and start 02/03/15
Hold a valid driving license
